Crib Bumper

I finished the crib bumper for Colin's bed!

This is quite an accomplishment considering the fact that he is only 2 weeks old.

I think it turned out pretty cute. It took awhile to make, because I cut out all of the animals by hand and then had to sew each one on.

It's pretty wrinkled. I will iron it, but I was so excited to be done that I just had to put them on the crib right away.

I have extra material so I plan on making a blanket to match.

INSPIRATION

I have been trying to decide how to decorate my nursery. I am having another boy and I want his room to be cuter than the Winnie-the-Pooh nursery that my other two boys had (Sorry boys :) ).

I want to be all crafty and stylish like the designers on HGTV. Often times they will find one piece and use it as an inspiration for the rest of the room.

Well I was quite thrilled when I found THIS CANVAS at ROSS for only $3.00!

I am going to use it as my INSPIRATION for designing my little guys room. I can't wait.
